However, the integration of AI into sustainable development must be inclusive and equitable to benefit all sectors of society, with women’s active and meaningful participation being crucial. AI can be a curse and a blessing at the same time. So let us see together, what ethical issues arise in this process.

Sustainability has become a critical focus in global development, emphasizing social equity. Sustainability includes social, environmental and economic dimensions. All three dimensions complement each other, forming the pillars of sustainability. 

Social sustainability impact on women highlights how AI and sustainable development practices can both enable, empower and challenge women's roles in society. It focuses on creating systems, which ensure equitable access to resources, social justice, human rights, and opportunities. Social sustainability is about fostering inclusion, diversity, equity, and maintaining a high quality of life.


Environmental sustainability responds to the responsible management of natural resources to ensure that ecosystems and human societies can thrive. It involves maintaining a healthy planet by minimizing the depletion of resources, reducing waste and pollution, conserving biodiversity, and mitigating climate change.

It focuses on balancing growth, resource use, and societal well-being to maintain a healthy and functioning economy for future generations.
